Strolling around Crisp and Lavelle road in this look!

Tying a flannel shirt around your waist used to be a 90's grunge trend. As usual, fashion brings these trends back and renews them. Tying them around your jeans or trousers is the most classic way to pull off the shirt-wrap look.
You can't just pick up any shirt you've got lying around and tie it around your waist. You've got to pick a shirt that compliments the colours in your outfit. Or you can pick a bright and bold contrasting shirt to add a pop of colour to a plain outfit. For the most part you should be wearing a neutral top to easily tie around any of your checked or flannel shirts.

As for shoes, anything goes to be honest. We've chosen heels because we just love them. But if you've got a lot of running around to do we'd suggest pairing it with some converse all stars, espadrilles or any sneakers.

This is my go to look when I'm in the mood to wear shorts and when I'm away from Bangalore usually. You'd see me in my shorts more than anything else.

Denim shorts are just versatile and comfortable. They can be styled to look simple, casual or dressed up for a night out even and that's enough to make it a wardrobe staple.

We've styled midi skirts before but not a form fitted pencil skirt like this. We picked this up in Dubai a while back and have used it a few times since so we wanted to show all of you how we style this gorgeous lace skirt. We love it is because we aren't giving our mini skirt's a complete rest because of the lace overlay. It's feminine and sexy but it's a still a little conservative because of the length.

If you've been looking for a midi skirts that's slimming opt for a pencil skirt like this in any dark colour preferably. Most women think you need to be tall you pull this style off. But, that's not the case at all. Just pairing it with heels can do the trick and elongate your petite frame, like it does ours.

Peplums should be more of a wardrobe staple rather than an on and off trend because, it can flatter both slim and curvy figures. Since we fall in the slimmer category the peplum helps add more volume around our hips. That in turn gives us that little extra curve from the waist down. If you're curvy, it cinches in and accentuates your waistline, creating a more hourglass figure.

While at Crisp, pairing the white and blue with the leopard print heels and cardigan was a very last minute decision and we couldn't be happier with it. As an alternative, we would have paired it with some plain and simple black pumps, which could have been a little boring. To elevate the look even more we paired that statement necklace to draw attention to the top half of the outfit.

Hope all of you like this look!

Here are three looks styled by us for Gap in anticipation of their store opening in Bangalore. As much as we like getting dressed up, for the most part, all of us definitely like being casual and comfortable, right?  Here are three reasons why we love these looks we've styled!

Denim shirt: A denim shirt is definitely a must have in everybody's wardrobe simply because it can be paired with nearly everything.

Cardigan: We're huge suckers for cosy, oversized cardigans. Also, now that it's starting to get a little chilly because of the rain, this is the perfect piece for your winter wardrobe.

Denim Skirt: We all have those days when we just don't want to put on those tight pants. This denim skirt's your go to for days like these.

Gap's finally going to be opening its doors to all you Bangalore people this September at Orion Mall.  To celebrate the opening, there's going to be a giveaway that we're having in collaboration with them where you have a chance to win a gift voucher worth Rs.5000 from Gap (open to Bangalore residents only) and get styled by Divya Maben herself!

Relaxed tailoring means no clinging and that's what makes this the perfect end of summer jacket! It's not just the cut of the jacket but that fabric too that makes it uber chic.
We don't own anything like it and thought we might as well experiment with the style a little.
A jacket like this can add so much interest and transform an otherwise simple look. We styled it with some silver and gold tone accessories to give you more ways to accessorise in case you prefer one tone over the other.
Since we're going to be in Dubai and India we could easily work this piece into our winter wardrobe as well.
A lot of stores and labels have incorporated these summer jackets into their collections recently because of their increased popularity. You'll definitely be able to get yourself one too.
The summer jacket's a must have for cooler days and that extra dose of style!

We'd been seeing some amazing tuxedo dresses and had been wanting one for a while. For our luck we found one at Zooomberg the second time around. It's been a huge trend on the red carpet and the runway and is surely a piece worth having on your wardrobe.

It's the perfect menswear take on the little black dress. The tux dress is sleek, sexy and versatile and a must-have if you're building a classic wardrobe because it will withstand trends and time.

Call it matching separates, coordinated separates, co-ords or whatever you'd like. All we know is that we're completely in love with it.

The biggest reason why you should love co-ords is because it makes choosing an outfit super easy. There's no thought that needs to go into it in terms of all that mixing and matching. It's the perfect choice for the lazy woman who still wants to look pulled together. They come in various different shapes, colours and patterns to fit every age group. They can be in solid colours, bold prints, small prints, pants and tops or even shorts and top separates.

Stores like Stalk Buy Love have a section for just co-ordinates to make our lives easier. Will you be trying the trend soon?
