If there was one piece I could wear if not for my shorts it would be this skort! I love geometric shapes and cuts just as much as I love my shorts and thigh high slits. Since it's chilly we just decided to thrown on this fuzzy black and white cardigan to stay cozy and more importantly it's a great alternative to wearing fur. This whole look is a comfortable yet modern way to style a skort but you could go ahead and pair it with just vest and a slouchy knit or even a printed sweatshirt along with some flats for a more cool girl vibe.
Skort's are available in a multitude of styles as well. From block colours like this, to tartan, floral prints and much, much more. So you can be sure to find one that suits your fancy. If your wardrobe is lacking that much needed versatility this is a great piece to add to it. It's diverse and daring and most of all it's comfortable and chic! What's not to love, right?

We've already styled these culottes in our Earthy Tones for Fall post but since we absolutely loved this Vero Moda pair we decided to show you how you could re-style these billowy pants!
Since the bottom is so voluminous we decided to pair it with a form fitted crop top to create some more shape this time around. In addition to that, we changed up the shoes and wear these gorgeous Casadei leopard print pumps because the length of the pants puts your shoes on display which we love, being massive shoe lovers ourselves.
Remember, culottes can be a staple piece that can be worn all year round. So, if you're in a much colder place and need to cover up and stay warm you could pair it with some ankle boots, a cozy turtle neck and a nice coat to stay fashionable and warm.
You can find them in an array of styles, from denim to pastel to plaids. So, find a style that you love and don't be nervous to wear them! Ditch your skinny jeans for a bit and make a style statement in some super chic culottes instead.

We love our summer and don't enjoy the cold very much but we still can't give up on our shorts regardless of what season it is. So, we've paired these gorgeous black shorts with this cropped sweater and a blazer to keep ourselves a little warm and cozy.
Formal shorts are a great alternative for when you've had enough of those trousers or pencil skirts. It's a piece that can work all year round and can add that much needed variation to your wardrobe. They come in a variety of styles from longline, short, fitted, lose, high waisted, textured, printed etc. to suit almost everyone style. This is the style that works best for our frame. Being petite, all things short help elongate our frame and they're perfect in terms of the fit, not too tight or too lose. But depending on if you're wearing it to work, what the occasion might or what would be appropriate in your workplace you could wear a longline fit to be a little more conservative but still look chic and fashionable.
You can also pair shorts like this with a nice formal silk blouse (like we did in our How to Style a Hat post) or a nice silk cami with the blazer over it. If you're in the mood to dress it down a bit but still look put together a plain t-shirt tucked in a little would be perfect. When shopping for formal shorts make sure to look for a pair that has a very tailored look to it or it can end up looking ill fitted and casual which completely defeats the purpose.

A tailored trouser is a great piece to have in every woman's wardrobe! Especially a cropped one like this.
Rather than picking the usual black we decided to go with this rusted orange pair instead. You could easily pair this with a nice blouse or a blazer and it would be perfect for the office. Or you could pair it with a crop top for a more causal look. The only problem with tailored trousers is they usually need to ironed before you wear them. We're not too picky about that but if you're wearing it to the office you've got to make sure you get them ironed.
Fashion isn't always about comfort but this outfit made us feel so chic and comfortable. The trousers are definitely one of the most comfortable pairs we own and now that it's getting colder we're definitely going to be styling these trousers a lot more!
(P.S - Please ignore the slightly unruly hair)
Jewellery's the best way to elevate your look and Shillpa Purii's designs are perfect pieces to incorporate in your looks this festive season. My favourites are their candy cone earrings. There's something about the roughness of the druzy stone that we love. It's rough and yet it's delicate!
We surely have way too much jewellery but are always on the look out for beautiful unique pieces that aren't too common either and that's what made us like these pieces that much more.
Hope you guys like them as much as we do. Can't wait to show all of you more of their gorgeous pieces overtime!

Like jumpsuits, rompers also have become a fashion staple and for good reason. They're so easy to wear and like most wardrobe staples, can be dressed up or down and aren't only bound by trends. In addition to that you don't have to think about any mixing and matching. All in all, rompers like jumpsuits are style simplified!
You can find rompers in a range of fabrics, colours and prints to suit your body type and personal style! This is one of my favourite rompers because I love the colour and who doesn't love lace, right?

Zara Romper
We'd previously paired this jacket with the white knee ripped pants and thought we should play around with lengths this time around. So without much thought we deiced to pair it with our go to denim shorts.
Wearing a lightweight long jacket with faded denim shorts can completely transform the otherwise casual piece. With a pair of heels, of course. We love how it's such a slightly unexpected pairing. This could work perfectly this fall because it can get a little chilly in Dubai and India but it's surely not cold enough to have to wear anything much warmer.
Hope all of you like this look!

Strolling around Crisp and Lavelle road in this look!
Tying a flannel shirt around your waist used to be a 90's grunge trend. As usual, fashion brings these trends back and renews them. Tying them around your jeans or trousers is the most classic way to pull off the shirt-wrap look.
You can't just pick up any shirt you've got lying around and tie it around your waist. You've got to pick a shirt that compliments the colours in your outfit. Or you can pick a bright and bold contrasting shirt to add a pop of colour to a plain outfit. For the most part you should be wearing a neutral top to easily tie around any of your checked or flannel shirts.
As for shoes, anything goes to be honest. We've chosen heels because we just love them. But if you've got a lot of running around to do we'd suggest pairing it with some converse all stars, espadrilles or any sneakers.
