We've always loved jumpsuits and with our new found love for culottes as soon as we saw this culotte jumpsuit we knew we had to have it. It's the perfect piece for those of you who are too conscious to show off your legs in a playsuit or romper but are still looking to show off a little leg or a gorgeous pair of heels. If you're short and jumpsuits often tend to be too long this is a great alternative for all us petite women as well. But make sure to keep the top half streamlined since the bottom is so voluminous, you don't want to look like you're drowning in the garment.
This particular culotte jumpsuit from Stalk Buy Love is actually just a double strap but we ended up wearing it cross strapped to elevate the look. Because of the added detail around the neckline we kept the accessories simple and let the outfit stand out. We think culotte jumpsuits are minimalistic and effortlessly chic what do you guys think?

If there was one piece I could wear if not for my shorts it would be this skort! I love geometric shapes and cuts just as much as I love my shorts and thigh high slits. Since it's chilly we just decided to thrown on this fuzzy black and white cardigan to stay cozy and more importantly it's a great alternative to wearing fur. This whole look is a comfortable yet modern way to style a skort but you could go ahead and pair it with just vest and a slouchy knit or even a printed sweatshirt along with some flats for a more cool girl vibe.
Skort's are available in a multitude of styles as well. From block colours like this, to tartan, floral prints and much, much more. So you can be sure to find one that suits your fancy. If your wardrobe is lacking that much needed versatility this is a great piece to add to it. It's diverse and daring and most of all it's comfortable and chic! What's not to love, right?

We've already styled these culottes in our Earthy Tones for Fall post but since we absolutely loved this Vero Moda pair we decided to show you how you could re-style these billowy pants!
Since the bottom is so voluminous we decided to pair it with a form fitted crop top to create some more shape this time around. In addition to that, we changed up the shoes and wear these gorgeous Casadei leopard print pumps because the length of the pants puts your shoes on display which we love, being massive shoe lovers ourselves.
Remember, culottes can be a staple piece that can be worn all year round. So, if you're in a much colder place and need to cover up and stay warm you could pair it with some ankle boots, a cozy turtle neck and a nice coat to stay fashionable and warm.
You can find them in an array of styles, from denim to pastel to plaids. So, find a style that you love and don't be nervous to wear them! Ditch your skinny jeans for a bit and make a style statement in some super chic culottes instead.

We love our summer and don't enjoy the cold very much but we still can't give up on our shorts regardless of what season it is. So, we've paired these gorgeous black shorts with this cropped sweater and a blazer to keep ourselves a little warm and cozy.
Formal shorts are a great alternative for when you've had enough of those trousers or pencil skirts. It's a piece that can work all year round and can add that much needed variation to your wardrobe. They come in a variety of styles from longline, short, fitted, lose, high waisted, textured, printed etc. to suit almost everyone style. This is the style that works best for our frame. Being petite, all things short help elongate our frame and they're perfect in terms of the fit, not too tight or too lose. But depending on if you're wearing it to work, what the occasion might or what would be appropriate in your workplace you could wear a longline fit to be a little more conservative but still look chic and fashionable.
You can also pair shorts like this with a nice formal silk blouse (like we did in our How to Style a Hat post) or a nice silk cami with the blazer over it. If you're in the mood to dress it down a bit but still look put together a plain t-shirt tucked in a little would be perfect. When shopping for formal shorts make sure to look for a pair that has a very tailored look to it or it can end up looking ill fitted and casual which completely defeats the purpose.

1. White Shirt
Every man's got to own a crisp white shirt. It can be paired with any trouser, tie or suit. It's like a blank canvas and looks great on every man.

2. Dark Jeans
There are so many occasions when you don't have to wear trousers and relaxed jeans just won't work either, that's where these jeans will come to the rescue. Dark denims can easily be paired with a formal or semi formal shirt. You could also throw on a blazer and dress those jeans up. Alternatively you could pair them with a t-shirt and some sandals or loafers and still look smart and casual.

3. Navy Blue Blazer
Forget that black blazer in your wardrobe. A navy blazer is a lot more versatile! You can not only wear it with the classic shirt and tie but it looks great even with a plain white t-shirt, a nice polo neck or even a fitted v-neck sweater. Again, this piece is versatility at its best.

4. Brown Shoes
Most men already own a pair of black shoe without realizing a brow pair is just as essential. Brown can be paired with nearly any colour other than black for the most part. But always remember to pick up a matching brown hair to pair with it.

Saree or Sari whichever way you'd like to spell it or style it is an epitome of elegance. Even though times have changed so much a woman's love for a saree is the one thing that will forever remain unchanged. At our age we usually tend to wear one only on special occasions but that doesn't mean it's less loved because the charm a saree has will remain unchanged as well.
This saree by The Peach Project fit's our style perfectly. It's simple but it's still glamorous and elegant. Since it's our first post styling a saree we wanted to drape it the traditional way but gave it a little twist by using the gold fabric and gathering it there. Doing that didn't just work style wise it also helps keep the pallu in place. If, like us you don't wear sarees often each time you wear it your sure to keep readjusting your pallu to make sure it's in place, right? Doing this makes wearing a saree a lot easy and leaves you with less to adjust and worry about while still being stylish and elegant.
There are so many different types of sarees and now you can shop for such a wide range online which is great. The best part is you can get customised designer pieces without the hassle of running up and down to the studios. Who wouldn't love that convenience right?

Hats are a great accessory for fall and not just during the Summer. Brimmed hats like this can keep the sun away as well as the cold at bay! Forget buns, braids and top knots on those bad hair days when you've got a hat. Throwing on a hat can make any look more glamorous and you'll look instantly put together. We're loving the hat at the moment. What about you?

Blue skinny jeans are the ultimate in terms of versatility. You can pair it with nearly anything and wear them almost anywhere.
The best part about a pair of blue skinnies is that they're now available at a variety of price points. My favourite stores to find the right and affordable pair have been Hollister and Abercrombie for a while. But I was quite happy with these ones from Gap as well because they're snug and aren't too thick. I don't like my jeans gathering too much on the bottom so I decided to just cuff it up. If you've got a pair of jeans that gathers too much on the bottom it can stout you a bit but you can avoid that by cuffing them up since it creates the appearnecen of a leaner and longer line.

When we think about winter fashion we don't only have to resort to sweaters and pants all season long. It all depends on how you style your outfits and where you live, obviously. We don't live in cold countries and if you don't either, dresses like this that are slightly thicker are perfect for the winter. I love the silhouette of this dress and the fact that it's got pockets and that high neck to still keep me comfortable and cosy.
I feel in love with the dress as soon as I tried it on and I hope you did too!
